About The Course

The two-day course is designed for government leaders considering implementing Lean-Agile SAFe® practices in their agencies or public-sector organizations. The course can help public sector professional understand how they can build systems that serve more people with higher efficiency by adopting the best Lean-Agile practices. More importantly, attendees will obtain a Lean-Agile mindset. Once they get this mindset, driving successful organizational change in government agencies will become much more manageable.

Attendees will learn the core practices of the SAFe®. They’ll learn how to lead an Agile program transformation in a government organization while releasing value through Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
