About The Course
This masterclass, AI for CxOs and Board Members, is designed for senior leaders who need a clear, strategic view of AI without getting lost in technical noise. In 3.5 hours, we distill the essentials executives need to make confident decisions, ask sharper questions, and lead AI adoption as part of business strategy, not as a side experiment.
By the end of the course, you will be able to demystify core AI and machine learning concepts, connect AI success to data strategy and governance, and understand how AI fits into enterprise digital transformation. You will also be equipped to shape an AI strategy aligned to business goals, assess the AI market landscape and major technology layers, estimate cost considerations, evaluate risks, and apply responsible, ethical AI principles, including the strategic lens of sovereign AI and future trends.
The course flows from foundations to leadership action, starting with what AI is and how machines learn, then a brief history and the pillars for AI success. We move into data strategy, real-world global use cases, then a practical executive tour of generative AI, assistants, prompt engineering. We close with how to launch and scale AI initiatives, team and operating model considerations, sovereign AI, future trends like agentic AI, and a clear framework for responsible and ethical AI.
