About the Course

During this two-day course, attendees will grasp the fundamental principles of SAFe® to become effective members of an Agile Release Train (ART). Additionally, they will acquire the skills necessary for effective collaboration with other teams in the ART.

The participants will gain an understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART) and other underlying principles and values of Agile and SAFe®. More importantly, they’ll learn how ART delivers value and how to collaborate effectively with their teams, and perform their roles using various methods like Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP).

The course will provide detailed explanations on iteration planning and execution, and how to plan on cadence within the PIs. Participants will also learn how to write Stories and break Features into Stories. To conclude, participants will gain insights into the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and the DevOps culture, discover strategies for seamless integration with fellow teams, and understand the essential steps for ongoing enhancements within the Agile Release Train (ART).
