The Certified Supervisor certification (CS) has been developed and designed to help learner understand, and work efficiently and effectively with people, processes within their dynamic workplace.
ICPM has developed the Certified Supervisor (CS) over the years and it is the conclusion and aggregation of a comprehensive analysis of the management best practices, which identified the knowledge, skills and abilities that are required for competent supervision.

Eligibility
Eligibility for enroll in this course is determined based on a point system that was developed by ICPM. The current evaluation process takes both education and work experience into consideration. Minimum qualifications required by ICPM are a high school diploma (or equivalent), and several years of work experience. If you are a US Military personnel who have achieved a rank of E3 or higher are automatically qualified. To determine your qualifications, please contact 7Sparx advisors or fill out a CS application.
Pricing
The current offering of self-study ICPM Certified Supervisor (CS) certification is of a great value at $375 for the package which includes the CS study book, or $275 for only the exam. The package price included free shipping if the student in the USA. For international learners, additional shipping charges apply.
Exam
The ICPM Certified Supervisor online exam has of 90 multiple-choice questions and must be completed within 2 hours (120 minutes). For detailed exam specs view the CS exam blueprint.
Learners must take the CS exam within one year after they apply. The exam may be taken online anytime, on any computer, and must be proctored.
Exam Results
Exam results are presented to the learner immediately on-screen and confirmed by email as his / her registration. ICPM certification body processes exam grades on a monthly-basis, and provide comprehensive input and feedback to support learners in their areas of weakness by providing additional studies and professional development.
Proctoring Requirements
In-Person Option
Many learners choose in-person proctor to observe and monitor the exam. 7Sparx can facilitate to exam proctoring. Please note that Proctors must meet specific requirements by ICPM , based on the ICPM Exam Proctor Guidelines
ProctorU Option
In collaboration with ICPM, we leverage proctoring partner - ProctorU which provides live online proctoring for the CS exam. No special software is needed. An applicant must visit the ICPM ProctorU Exam Portal to create a user account and schedule an appointment to test.

Preparation
Learning Materials
7Sparx will provide learners with a copy of the Certified Supervisor book and access to e-Learning contents that are available by ICPM. The book contains all the needed knowledge and know-how that you can leverage in your role immediately. 7Sparx will be provide all ICPM E-Learning materials such as PowerPoints, quizzes, practice exams and more. These CS training materials will help adapt the learning experience to the students, and prepare them to pass the CS exam.
Training Delivery

Additionally, we provide traditional in-person group learning is also available from 7Sparx for corporate trainings. Generally speaking, many people can study the program on their own pace. Learners can start studying anytime, work at their own schedule, and take the Certified Supervisor exam anytime. Eligibility Requirements
Applicants are eligible for the Certified Supervisor certification if they can document at least 4 total evaluation points, and meet the minimum points requirement by ICPM for both education and experience.
