In order to tackle such questions with Agile, we must conduct productive planning meetings, estimate the scale of our development, and assess the velocity rate at which we can complete the work.
We can determine the projected timeline for product development and the corresponding cost by dividing the estimated size of a feature set by the team’s velocity. SAFe® is designed for creating enterprise-level products and solutions, involving several teams from various functional areas working towards aligning with the organization’s vision and mission. In such cases, planning and forecasting become even more critical.
