About The Course

In this two-day interactive SAFe® DevOps course, participants will receive a comprehensive overview of all the DevOps competencies and how to optimize the flow of value through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. They will learn how valuable DevOps is to their Agile roles, and build a clear understanding of how value flows in a DevOps pipeline: from Continuous Exploration to Release on Demand.

Participants will also get to explore the SAFe® CALMR approach to DevOps. CALMR stands for Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover. The methodology helps SAFe® DevOps trainees create a team culture of shared responsibility. Also, by understanding how to create such a culture, attendees will learn what it takes to achieve faster time-to-market.

Additionally, the participants will collaborate in cross-functional teams to chart existing value streams, detect significant flow bottlenecks, and construct a practical implementation plan aimed to speed up value delivery through DevOps within their organization. These exercises will teach them how to create & support practices that eliminate barriers to value flow.
