About The Course

In this two-day course, participants will gain the expertise to guide and lead a Lean-Agile Scrum Masters who will be ready to take leadership roles facilitating Agile teams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and enterprise SAFe® Implementation. The course aims to empower Scrum Masters to excel in cross-team interactions in support of ART execution and relentless improvement.

The course expands the Scrum paradigm by introducing participants to DevOps practices & scalable engineering methodologies. Participants also learn about applying Kanban to optimize the flow of value. Participants will learn how to create a community of practice & support interactions with business and technical stakeholders including Architects, Product Managers, and Business Owners to name a few.

Lastly, participants will acquire practical tools to enrich high-performing teams and discover effective approaches for addressing Agile and Scrum challenges within the enterprise environment.
