About the Course

The two-day course will provide attendees with practical assistance in addressing complex challenges in a changing business ecosystem. From continually updating company priorities, enabling budget sustainability, or creating strategies connected to execution, attendees will learn everything about implementing the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) functions of strategy, investment funding, lean governance, and Agile Portfolio Operations.

Participants will learn how to capture the current and future state of portfolios using the canvas tool and identify business initiatives for the future state. They will learn how to establish portfolio flow with the Portfolio Kanban for optimum economic benefits, and how to establish Lean Budget Guardrails, Value Stream Budgets, and the ability to measure their Lean portfolio performance.

Those attending this course will have the knowledge for aligning strategy with execution, empowering teams, and organizing around value to deliver maximum business value to customers while maintaining budget sustainability.
