Live Instructor-Led Certification Courses 

The policy outlined below is applicable to all Live Instructor-Led Certification Training Courses offered by Seven Sparx Training LLC.

Pre-Course Cancellation Policy

If you find yourself unable to attend the course and wish to request a refund before the course’s starting date, we will provide you with a full refund according to the following terms.

  1. Please note that if you have accessed and downloaded the course material, you will not be eligible for a refund. We consider course material access as an indication of utilization and value received from the training resources.
  2. Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance. It is important to attend the scheduled training sessions to fully benefit from the course content and interactive learning experience.

Withdrawals During Workshop 

In the event that our training workshop does not meet the value you anticipated, and you decide to withdraw within the initial four hours of the workshop, we will gladly provide a full refund of 100%.

Nevertheless, if you have participated in the workshop for more than four hours, you will no longer qualify for any refund. It is important to note that in both situations, any prepaid course licensing fees paid to the Certification body will not be eligible for a refund.

Request to Change or Reschedule

  1. Feel free to reach out to your assigned Account Manager if you wish to change your batch before the course begins. You can request a change without incurring any charges, and we will be glad to accommodate your request by rescheduling your batch to a later date if it suits your needs.
  2. If you encounter any difficulties or are unable to continue or complete the course after it has started, we are here to support you. We can arrange for your enrollment in a different batch of the same course without any additional charges. However, if you choose to defer the program to a later batch for a second time or more, there will be a fee of 10% of the course fee applicable for each round of deferral.
  3. Please note; 
  • When a learner chooses to defer to a future batch, it is important to note that their entire learning progress will be reset. This means that they will start the course from the beginning again when they join the deferred batch.
  • Please be aware that in the case of changing or deferring to a different cohort, there may be variations in the course teaching pattern as per the trainer’ style, days, and timings compared to the original cohort. It’s important to consider these potential differences when making a decision to switch or defer to another cohort.
