Live Instructor-Led Mentoring Bootcamp

The policy outlined below is applicable to all Live Instructor-Led Mentoring Bootcamp offered by Seven Sparx Training LLC.

Pre-Mentoring Workshop Cancellation Policy

If you find yourself unable to attend the Mentoring Bootcamp and wish to request a refund before the program’ starting date, we will provide you with a full refund according to the following terms.

PLEASE REVIEW NOTES BELOW:

  1. Please note that if you have accessed and downloaded the mentoring sessions material, you will not be eligible for a refund. We consider mentoring sessions material access as an indication of utilization and value received from the workshop resources.
  2. Refunds or credits for rescheduling the mentoring workshop cannot be issued for non-attendance. It is important to attend the scheduled mentoring sessions to fully benefit from the mentoring content and interactive learning experience.

Withdrawals 

  • If you don’t see the tremendous value as expected in our mentoring sessions, and you wish to withdraw after completing the first session for whatever reason, a 100% refund will be provided. 
  • If you withdraw after completing the second session, we will proceed with a complete balance refund of the remaining sessions of the bootcamp. 
  • If you attend more than 50% of the mentoring sessions, and you do not wish to continue, then you will not be eligible for any refund.

Request to Change or Reschedule

  1. Feel free to reach out to your assigned Account Manager if you wish to change your batch before the mentoring bootcamp begins. You can request a change without incurring any charges, and we will be glad to accommodate your request by rescheduling your batch to a later date if it suits your needs.
  2. If you encounter any difficulties or are unable to continue or complete the workshop after it has started and within the first session, we are here to support you. We can arrange for your enrollment in a different batch of the same workshop if available without any additional charges. However, if you choose to defer the program to a later batch for a second time or more, there will be a fee of 10% of the workshop fee applicable for each round of deferral.
  3. Please note; 
  • When a learner chooses to defer to a future batch, it is important to note that their entire learning progress will be reset. This means that they will start the workshop from the beginning again when they join the deferred batch.
  • Please be aware that in the case of changing or deferring to a different cohort, there may be variations in the workshop teaching pattern as per the trainer’ style, days, and timings compared to the original cohort. It’s important to consider these potential differences when making a decision to switch or defer to another cohort.
