All cancellation or transfer requests or delay requests for any project (i.e custom course design, content creation & curation , digital content) activities with Seven Sparx Training LLC must be received in writing at [email protected] at least at two weeks in advance, otherwise, applicable charges for time and efforts spent will be levied.

Please note that payments for concluded work such as custom training course design, contents creation & curation, digital deliverables (i.e. elearning modules) development, electronic or prints collaterals are non-refundable.
