Live Instructor-Led Coaching Program

The policy outlined below is applicable to all Live Instructor-Led Coaching Program offered by Seven Sparx Training LLC.

Pre-workshop Cancellation Policy

If you find yourself unable to attend the workshop and wish to request a refund before the workshop’s starting date, we will provide you with a full refund according to the following terms.

  1. Please note that if you have accessed and downloaded the workshop material, you will not be eligible for a refund. We consider workshop material access as an indication of utilization and value received from the workshop resources.
  2. Refunds or credits for rescheduling the workshop cannot be issued for non-attendance. It is important to attend the scheduled training sessions to fully benefit from the workshop content and interactive learning experience.


If you don’t see the tremendous value as expected in our coaching workshop, and you wish to withdraw within the first hour of the workshop, we will proceed with a 100% refund. 

However, once you have attended the 2nd hour of the workshop, you will not be eligible for any refund.  

Request to Change or Reschedule

  1. Feel free to reach out to your assigned Account Manager if you wish to change your batch before the workshop begins. You can request a change without incurring any charges, and we will be glad to accommodate your request by rescheduling your batch to a later date if it suits your needs.
  2. If you encounter any difficulties or are unable to continue or complete the workshop after it has started and within the first hour, we are here to support you. We can arrange for your enrollment in a different batch of the same workshop if available without any additional charges. However, if you choose to defer the program to a later batch for a second time or more, there will be a fee of 10% of the workshop fee applicable for each round of deferral.
  3. Please note; 
  • When a learner chooses to defer to a future batch, it is important to note that their entire learning progress will be reset. This means that they will start the workshop from the beginning again when they join the deferred batch.
  • Please be aware that in the case of changing or deferring to a different cohort, there may be variations in the workshop teaching pattern as per the trainer’ style, days, and timings compared to the original cohort. It’s important to consider these potential differences when making a decision to switch or defer to another cohort.
