• If the prospective student provides a cancellation notice and it is received more than 30 calendar days before the program or course start date, then program fee is fully refundable or transferable to another training or course session date within a year from registration.
• If the prospective student provides a cancellation notice and it is received between than 30 to 15 calendar days before the program or course start date, then 75 % of program fee is partially refundable or transferable to another training or course session date within a year from registration.
• If the prospective student provides a cancellation notice and it is received between than 14 calendar days before the program or course start date, then 50 % of program fee is partially refundable or transferable to another training or course session date within a year from registration.

Please note that any additional services such as custom work trainings or contents or digital tools / collaterals or technical support are non-refundable as our time & efforts cannot be recovered.
