Eligibility
Eligibility for enroll in this course is determined based on a point system that was developed by ICPM. The current evaluation process takes both education and work experience into consideration. Minimum qualifications required by ICPM are a high school diploma (or equivalent), and several years of work experience. If you are a US Military personnel who have achieved a rank of E3 or higher are automatically qualified. To determine your qualifications, please contact 7Sparx advisors or fill out a CS application.
Pricing
The current offering of self-study ICPM Certified Supervisor (CS) certification is of a great value at $375 for the package which includes the CS study book, or $275 for only the exam. The package price included free shipping if the student in the USA. For international learners, additional shipping charges apply.
Exam
The ICPM Certified Supervisor online exam has of 90 multiple-choice questions and must be completed within 2 hours (120 minutes). For detailed exam specs view the CS exam blueprint.
Learners must take the CS exam within one year after they apply. The exam may be taken online anytime, on any computer, and must be proctored.
Exam Results
Exam results are presented to the learner immediately on-screen and confirmed by email as his / her registration. ICPM certification body processes exam grades on a monthly-basis, and provide comprehensive input and feedback to support learners in their areas of weakness by providing additional studies and professional development.
Proctoring Requirements
In-Person Option
Many learners choose in-person proctor to observe and monitor the exam. 7Sparx can facilitate to exam proctoring. Please note that Proctors must meet specific requirements by ICPM , based on the ICPM Exam Proctor Guidelines
ProctorU Option
In collaboration with ICPM, we leverage proctoring partner - ProctorU which provides live online proctoring for the CS exam. No special software is needed. An applicant must visit the ICPM ProctorU Exam Portal to create a user account and schedule an appointment to test.

Preparation
Learning Materials
7Sparx will provide learners with a copy of the Certified Supervisor book and access to e-Learning contents that are available by ICPM. The book contains all the needed knowledge and know-how that you can leverage in your role immediately. 7Sparx will be provide all ICPM E-Learning materials such as PowerPoints, quizzes, practice exams and more. These CS training materials will help adapt the learning experience to the students, and prepare them to pass the CS exam.
Training Delivery
7 Sparx provide also Live online study (live instructor + online group interactions & engagements). Additionally, we provide traditional in-person group learning is also available from 7Sparx for corporate trainings. Generally speaking, many people can study the program on their own pace. Learners can start studying anytime, work at their own schedule, and take the Certified Supervisor exam anytime. Applicants are eligible for the Certified Supervisor certification if they can document at least 4 total evaluation points, and meet the minimum points requirement by ICPM for both education and experience.

The Certified Manager (CM®) certification by ICPM is a professional credentialing program that verifies individual professional ability to manage, and possibly to lead with a higher level of capability and competency.
7Sparx accredited experts will train individuals to earn a CM certification by ICMP, but individuals will need to meet the eligibility requirements for education and experience, attend training classes, and pass a series of three CM assessment exams. CM Program candidate learners should have previous work experience, yet the title of management within their organization is not required. In general, and based on 7Sparx experience with enterprise customers, Employers leverage the CM certification to distinguish managerial candidates for hiring and further career advancement, and succession planning

Methods of Training Delivery

Study Books and E-Learning Center Access
In collaboration with ICPM, 7Sparx will provide during the Certified Manager Program a printed study book, access to ICPM's e-Learning Center, and a CM certification exam. ICPM's e-Learning Center has multimedia learning capabilities and resources for the applicants to leverage. Some the resources would include PowerPoints, quizzes, notes and outlines to strengthen the students learning and to test their knowledge and comprehension.
Certification Preparation
Applicants for the ICPM- CM have the options to either complete the certification in self-pace mode (individually) or part of a public course or corporate training group being delivered by 7Sparx accredited instructors.
Option1:
Individual, Self-Directed Online Study by ICMP – CM
Students will have a great experience and tremendous learning flexibility by studying individually at his or her own pace, anytime and anywhere with ICPM’s self-learning online certification. Applicants can enjoy a continuous option of the enrollment, which means applicants can apply online and get started immediately. In order to proctor the ICPM - CM exams, 7Sparx can support the applicants to be scheduled for exam and whenever the learner is ready to attend the exam, and hence giving the student the control over the pace of completion. Moreover, the online examinations are taken on any computer connected to the internet which has a reliable access.
Option2:
Group, 7Sparx Instructor-Led Live Online Certification Prep
7Sparx provide the convenience to its customers and learners to experience to attend the training from their home’s offices or any remote location. We have accredited ICPM's instructors that can train live online certification preparation for the corporate, public or individual training. For 7Sparx, both US and international applicants can participate in live online classes which are a combination of live instruction with dynamic group engagement & interaction. Applicants can register for one single module or 3 modules depending on their budget and schedule. Registering for 3 modules, will allow applicants to save on the fee and take advantage of the bundles. It is possible for class or training to start with any of the 3 ICPM- CM modules and enroll few weeks before the course start. 7Sparx occasionally run public CM course in addition to its regular corporate trainings schedule. Option3:
Group, 7 Sparx Instructor-Led Classroom Study (On site)

For applicants to earn the Certified Manager certification, they must pass all 3-multiple choice ICPM - CM exams.

ICPM - CM Exams
Exams can be administered through 7Sparx or ICPM's e-Learning Center and possibly online assuming the students has a reliable Internet access. Each CM exam has 100 multiple-choice questions and exam time of 120 minutes.
Exam Results and Grading
The exam results are presented immediately to the students with pass or fail results on-screen and by email. Additionally, CM Exams are officially by processed by ICPM on the 16th of each month or the next business day. Valuable and detailed feedback (i.e. strengths and weaknesses in specific content areas) is sent by email to the learner after this grading. Students who passed the exam can use this feedback from CM exam to address areas of weakness, while those who fail can leverage the failed exam feedback to better prepare for retaking the exam.
All New Certified Manager will receive a CM certification packets by ICPM within 4 weeks subsequent to the official outcomes of the last (3rd and final CM exam) result have been sent.

Recertification
Recertification of Certified Managers is required in order to maintain the tile, badge and usage the ICPM - CM credential. Existing recertification for ICPM - CM is accomplished by meeting two requirements;
- Applicants must pay a $50 re-certification fee annually.
- Certified Managers are required to complete 45 management/leadership-related professional development units (PDUs) within the three-year renewal period.
Toward the end of the three-year renewal period, each Certified Manager is required to report his / her 45 professional development units (PDUs) to ICPM. As always, 7Sparx management and the ICPM encourages Certified Managers to participate in a variety of different management activities or role within their organizations to earn the required PDUs.
Who Must Recertify?
All ICPMs Certified Managers must recertify. The CM certification is valid for 3 years but Certified Managers are responsible for paying recertification fees at the one-year anniversary after their initial certification date, as shown on their CM certificate, and annually thereafter. Certified Manages will need to report 45 PDUs beginning 3 years anniversary after their initial certification date, and every 3 years thereafter. For example, a Certified Managers who earns the initial certification on Jan 1st, 2015 is responsible for paying a $50 recertification fee for the first time on Jan 1st, 2016 and for reporting 45 PDUs for the first time by Jan 1st, 2018.
